We are looking for a high-performing Sales Closer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive conversions and close deals for IT service providers specializing in financial software like QuickBooks® and Sage. You’ll be the expert voice clients trust — leading final-stage conversations, addressing objections, and ensuring deals are signed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with qualified leads passed on by the inside sales team.
- Deliver high-impact product/service presentations to decision-makers.
- Address complex client needs, objections, and questions with confidence.
- Guide prospects through the final stages of the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams.
- Ensure a seamless handoff to the service delivery team post-conversion.
Requirements:
- 3–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting.
- Proven track record in closing B2B deals (preferably U.S. market).
- Strong understanding of financial/ERP software services (e.g., QuickBooks®, Sage).
- Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills.
